Outpatient procedures and surgeries have resumed with protocols in place to ensure post-operative safety for patients as they return home. Please note: if you are unsure whether your procedure is occurring or have questions about times or locations, please call or visit your surgeon’s office for confirmation.
If you had a procedure that was scheduled between 9/30 and 10/2, our scheduling department is reaching out to you to reschedule. If you have any questions, please contact your surgeon’s office.
Harris Regional Hospital’s outpatient departments, physician practices and Urgent Care are fully OPEN. Please note that some practices and outpatient departments may be operating with limited providers and staff and that some practices may still be experiencing intermittent phone outages. If you cannot reach a practice by phone, please stop by in person or call the main hospital at 828.586.7000 and request to be transferred to your practice of choice.
Harris Women’s Care is offering extended walk-in hours for any pregnant patients in the region affected by Hurricane Helene. Any non-established pregnant patient may visit the clinic during walk-in hours from 7:30AM – 9:00AM on weekdays and on Saturday 10/12 from 9AM – 12:00PM. Non-established patients are also welcome to call or visit to schedule an appointment at alternate times.
