September's Nutrition Tip: Limit Screen Time!

Recommendations to fight obesity are to limit screen time to less than 2 hours per day. This includes computers, TV, video games, and cell phones. Replace screen time with physical activities such as walking, playing outside, running, etc. By replacing screen time with physical activity you will burn more calories and better manage your weight. Try setting a goal with family or friends to spend less time in front of a screen and more time walking outside together!
