Cancer Survivors Day 2022

During the month of June, Harris Regional Hospital and Swain Community Hospital are proud to honor cancer survivors. June 5, 2022, is Cancer Survivor Day, and in honor and celebration of this day, we will be placing flags on the lawn of the hospital in the dedication of yourself or a loved one. We ask that you complete the form below to submit a name, cancer, and specific patient testimonial. We will be honoring each type of cancer with the representative color on our lawn. For example, if you are a survivor of lung cancer, we will place a white flag on our lawn with your name on it, in memory and celebration of your survival of lung cancer specifically. We will be accepting nominations the entire month of June, and we will place the flags out each week. We encourage you to share amongst your family and friends to fill our hospital lawn with all the colors and celebrate hard-fought battles to beat cancer. Please join us in celebrating these strong and courageous figures in our communities.
